2015年书法作品《心经》作为国礼被泰国皇室收藏，2015年在“全国书画500强评比活动”中荣获《2015十大年度人物》，2018年被全国两会重点推荐为“人民艺术家”，被人民日报社评选为“人民好书画"。2018年12月作品《心经》被嵩山少林寺藏经阁收藏。2019年10月在全国网络书法大赛中荣获冠军，2020年再次荣获全国两会重点推荐《人民艺术家》，2020年3月获《中国国宾礼特供艺术家》，被中国好品牌影响力艺术名家推选榜评为特等功勋奖，并推选为巜五星书法家》，同月获中华人民共和国文化部颁发《作品润格证书》。2020年7月被牛津艺术学院聘为长期客座教授。2020年10月1日，作品荣登由全国书画艺术人才资料数据库举办的庆祝中华人民共和国成立71周年《国庆特刋》，并被评为《中国艺术杰出典范人物》，2021年5月，作品参展“首届中国少林弟子书画摄影作品展”，并获书法《特等奖》，2021年10月，作品被联合国世界非物质文化遗产保护基金会评为巜世界杰出华人艺术家》，2021年9月被文化部注册为《国家一级书法师》。2022年10月，在首届"墨神杯"全国优秀书画家作品网络展中获金奖，2023年6月获中国文博会推荐艺术家，2023年9月被中国中央电视台《艺术名家》栏目组聘为“特聘艺术顾问”，多幅作品被《中国经贸杂志》选登，2023年国庆节期间，被中央电视台《今日视界》文化频道作为《特别推荐艺术家》特别报导，并颁发cctv《艺术名家》栏目《艺术名家》工作证;2023年11月被国宾礼(特供)外事管理中心聘为《国家对外友好文化使者》，2024年5月被中央电视台传统文艺展栏目组授予《中国书画楷模名家》荣誉称号。2024年11月被中国文化品牌研究发展中心评聘为《中外文化交流大使》并作专题报导。2024年12月作品参展2024中俄友谊艺术展并被评为金奖。2025年4月，作品被新西兰华侨领袖、全国两会代表、全国政协观察委员周全新收藏。2025年9月获中乌(乌兹别克斯坦)文化交流大使。2025年9月被世界华人书画艺术家协会聘为《世界华人书画艺术家协会河南分会主席》。同月作品被载入上蔡通史史册。2025年10月，作品被上海合作组织成员、联合国世界和平共进委员会成员、中国对外联络合作局副局长刘娜收藏;作品被美国巴拿马万国博览会中国区组委会副主席·北京东方红瑞投资集团董事长雷应东收藏;作品被中国天狼国际保镖集团董事长剡根龙收藏;作品被国家安全委员会孙书记收藏。同月被中国文化品牌研究发展中心评聘为《中外文化交流大使》并广泛报导。2025年11月作品被巴拿马博览会中国区主席、世界华人企业家协会主席、美国万国理事会理事长余顺标先生收藏。同月，作品被宾利品牌管理中心董事长刘斌收藏。当月两幅作品参展在韩国首尔举办的“2025首尔·中国书画艺术展”，参展作品《心经》、《陋室铭》分别被韩国民主党后援会副会长李贤珠(李在明总统顾问)和大韩广告株式会社社长韩哲收藏。作品多次被联合国及国内外政经要人收藏，在全国性书法大赛中多次荣获特等奖、金奖、银奖、一等奖等。
Xu Guoyin, a native of Shangcai, Henan Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China and a teacher. Currently, he serves as a member of the China Buddhist Calligraphy Committee, a long-term visiting professor at the Oxford School of Art, a member of the China Calligraphers Association, a twice-recommended "People's Artist" at the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a calligrapher for state guests, a national first-level calligraphy master, an artist recommended by the China Cultural Expo, a specially-appointed art consultant for the "Artistic Masters" column of China Central Television, a "National Cultural Messenger of Friendship" appointed by the Foreign Affairs Management Center for State Guests (Special Supply), and has been appointed as the "Uzbekistan-China Cultural Exchange Ambassador" by Uzbekistan. His works have been included in the historical records of Shangcai's general history. The traditional literature and art exhibition column of CCTV has awarded him the title of "Model Master of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting".
In 2015. the calligraphy work "Heart Sutra" was collected by the Thai royal family as a national gift. In 2015. it was awarded the "Top Ten Figures of the Year" in the "National Top 500 Calligraphy and Painting Competition". In 2018. it was highly recommended by the National Two Sessions as a "People's Artist" and selected as a "People's Excellent Calligraphy and Painting" by People's Daily. In December 2018. the work "Heart Sutra" was collected by the Sutra Pavilion of the Shaolin Temple in Mount Song. In October 2019. it won the championship in the National Online Calligraphy Competition. In 2020. it was once again highly recommended by the National Two Sessions as a "People's Artist". In March 2020. it was awarded the "Special Supply Artist for China's State Guests" title and selected for the "Special Meritorious Service Award" by the China Good Brand Influential Artists List. It was also selected as a "Five-Star Calligrapher". In the same month, it received the "Work Price Certificate" from the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China. In July 2020. it was appointed as a long-term visiting professor at the Oxford School of Art. On October 1. 2020. the work was honored in the "National Day Special Issue" organized by the National Calligraphy and Painting Art Talent Database to celebrate the 71st anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and was named a "Outstanding Model Figure in Chinese Art". In May 2021. the work participated in the "First Exhibition of Calligraphy, Painting, and Photography Works by Shaolin Disciples" and won the "Special Award" for calligraphy. In October 2021. the work was recognized as a "World Outstanding Chinese Artist" by the United Nations World Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Foundation. In September 2021. it was registered as a "National First-Class Calligrapher" by the Ministry of Culture. In October 2022. it won the gold medal in the first "Moshen Cup" National Excellent Calligraphers and Painters Online Exhibition. In June 2023. it was recommended as an artist by the China International Cultural Expo. In September 2023. it was appointed as a "Special Artistic Advisor" by the "Artistic Masters" column group of China Central Television (CCTV). Several of its works were selected for publication by "China Economic and Trade Magazine". During the National Day holiday in 2023. it was specially reported by CCTV's "Today's Vision" cultural channel as a "Special Recommended Artist" and was awarded a "CCTV Artistic Masters" work certificate. In November 2023. it was appointed as a "National Cultural Messenger of Friendship" by the National Guests (Special Supply) Foreign Affairs Management Center. In May 2024. it was awarded the honorary title of "Exemplary Master of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting" by the CCTV Traditional Literature and Art Exhibition column group. In November 2024. he was appointed as a "Chinese and Foreign Cultural Exchange Ambassador" by the China Cultural Brand Research and Development Center and featured in a special report. In December 2024. his artwork was exhibited at the 2024 Sino-Russian Friendship Art Exhibition and awarded the gold medal. In April 2025. his work was collected by Zhou Quanxin, a New Zealand overseas Chinese leader, NPC representative, and observer member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. In September 2025. he was appointed as the "Cultural Exchange Ambassador of China and Uzbekistan". In September 2025. he was appointed as the "Chairman of the Henan Branch of the World Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Artists Association" by the World Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Artists Association. In the same month, his artwork was included in the historical records of Shangcai. In October 2025. his work was collected by Liu Na, a member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, a member of the United Nations World Peace and Progress Committee, and the Deputy Director of the China Foreign Liaison and Cooperation Bureau; by Lei Yingdong, Vice Chairman of the China Area Organizing Committee of the Panama Pacifico Expo and Chairman of Beijing Dongfang Hongrui Investment Group; by Shan Genlong, Chairman of China Tianlang International Bodyguard Group; and by Secretary Sun of the National Security Commission. In the same month, he was appointed as a "Chinese and Foreign Cultural Exchange Ambassador" by the China Cultural Brand Research and Development Center and widely reported. In November 2025. his artwork was collected by Mr. Yu Shunbiao, Chairman of the China Area of the Panama Pacifico Expo, Chairman of the World Chinese Entrepreneurs Association, and Director of the United States World Council. In the same month, his work was collected by Liu Bin, Chairman of the Bentley Brand Management Center. That month, two of his works participated in the "2025 Seoul·Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Exhibition" held in Seoul, South Korea. The exhibited works "Heart Sutra" and "Inscription on a Humble Cottage" were collected by Li Xianzhu (Advisor to President Lee Jae-myung), Vice Chairman of the Korean Democratic Party Support Group, and Han Cheol, President of Dahan Advertising Co., Ltd., respectively. His works have been collected by many political and economic leaders from the United Nations, domestic, and foreign countries, and have won multiple special awards, gold medals, silver medals, first prizes, etc. in national calligraphy competitions.
