赛事宗旨

以马为媒、以画为桥，弘扬龙马奋进精神，汇聚全球少年艺术力量，促进中外青少年美育交流，共贺世界杯全球体育盛会。

English: Take horses as the medium and paintings as the bridge, carry forward the progressive dragon-horse spirit, gather the artistic power of teenagers all over the world, boost art education exchanges between Chinese and foreign youth, and celebrate the grand global sports event of the World Cup.

大赛简介

2026 丙午马年恰逢美加墨世界杯，东方生肖马文化与全球足球盛世相逢。骏马象征拼搏、自由、奋进、超越;世界杯代表团结、包容、平等、世界同心。

赛事由草原骏马题材知名画家阿鲁斯发起，面向全球 3–18 岁青少年征集原创画作。参赛者可融合马文化、草原游牧美学、世界杯体育精神、国际友谊进行创作。赛事无国界、不限画种，尊重童真创意，打造国际化青少年马主题美育交流盛典。

The 2026 BingWu Horse Year coincides with the FIFA World Cup, bringing together Eastern zodiac horse culture and the world’s grand football event. Horses stand for perseverance, freedom, progress and transcendence, while the World Cup symbolizes unity, inclusiveness, equality and global solidarity。

Initiated by Arus, a renowned painter focusing on grassland horses, this competition collects original artworks from teenagers aged 3–18 worldwide. Participants may integrate horse culture, nomadic grassland aesthetics, World Cup sportsmanship and international friendship into creations. Borderless and style-free, the event respects children ’ s originality and builds an international art exchange feast themed on horses for young creators.

参赛资格

参赛年龄范围：3 至 18 周岁青少年。

● 所有参赛作品须为参赛者本人独立原创。本机构有权在赛事各阶段要求参赛者出示年龄、身份相关证明。凡虚报年龄、冒用他人作品等弄虚作假行为，将直接取消参赛资格。

监护人知情同意书(必备)所有参赛者均为未成年人，必须提交由父母或法定监护人签署的知情同意书。监护人需确认同意未成年人参与本项目，并代为认可全部参赛条款;同时授权本机构展示参赛作品，以及公示参赛者姓氏、年龄段、所属国家等基础识别信息。若知情同意书不符合要求，将取消参赛资格，且相关费用不予退还。本机构有权核验监护人身份，并要求补充相关证明材料。作品提交规范

● 参赛作品须为参赛者原创，不得侵犯任何第三方知识产权。

● 含有低俗、违法、诽谤、仇恨言论及其他不良内容的作品一律不予接收。本机构有权自主判定作品是否合规，并拒绝或下架不合规作品。

知识产权

● 参赛作品著作权归创作者本人所有。作品一经提交，即视为监护人授权本机构获得全球范围内、非独占、免版权使用费的使用权，可将作品用于展览、转载、发布及项目宣传，标注 “万马逐梦·杯耀世界--阿鲁斯 2026 丙午马年世界杯国际青少年美术绘画大赛组委会”相关出处，使用场景包括官网、线上展厅、社交媒体、电子简报及各类宣传物料。

● 若无监护人书面申请要求撤下作品，作品可长期留存用于档案归档与宣传展示。

参赛分组规则

面向全球 3—18 岁青少年，不限国籍、地区，分四组参赛

1. 幼儿组：3–5 岁

2. 少儿组：6–10 岁

3. 少年组：11–14 岁

4. 青年组：15–18 岁

个人、中小学、美术培训机构均可集体报名投稿

Open to all teenagers aged 3–18 around the world without nationality or regional restrictions, divided into four groups

1. Toddler Group: 3–5 years old

2. Children Group: 6–10 years old

3. Junior Teen Group: 11–14 years old

4. Senior Teen Group: 15–18 years old

Individuals, primary & secondary schools and art training institutions may submit works collectively.

三大创作主题

1. 骏影绿茵·马与世界杯

中文：骏马、足球场、足球、赛事赛场、体育拼搏场景创意融合创作

English: Creative combination of horses, football pitches, footballs, stadiums and sportsmanship scenes

2. 丙午骏风·东方马文化

中文：生肖马、八骏图、草原奔马、游牧民俗、龙马精神、国风骏马美术

English: Zodiac horses, Eight Steeds, galloping grassland horses, nomadic customs,dragon-horse spirit, traditional Chinese horse paintings

3. 环球童梦·世界同心

中文：各国少年、跨国友谊、多元人文、和平理想、少年追梦主题创作

English: Teenagers from all countries, cross-border friendship, diverse cultures,dreams of peace and youthful aspirations

报名时间

自即日起:2026 年 7 月 2 日至 2026 年 11 月 2 日 24:00 点止(北京时间)。

参赛报名费用

每幅参赛作品需缴参赛报名费 180 元人民币(约 25 美元)，费用涵盖作品的线上评审、电子版报名表处理及入围证书的制作发放。将由组委会通过正式通知与参赛者联系，沟通画册出版等实际发生的成本核算费用关事宜。

作品提交规范

1. 作品必须独立原创，内容积极正向，贴合赛事主题;

2. 画种不限：国画、油画、水彩、素描、漫画、版画、综合材料、数字绘画均可;

3. 尺寸限制：A4、A3、四尺斗方以内;

4. 每人仅限投稿 1 幅作品，严禁抄袭、盗用他人画作;

5. 提交高清扫描件或清晰实拍图片。

1. All artworks shall be independently original, positive and relevant to competitionthemes;

2. All painting styles are accepted: Chinese painting, oil painting, watercolor, sketch,cartoon, printmaking, mixed media, digital painting;

3. Size limit: within A4, A3 or standard 4-square Chinese rice paper;

4. Only one work per participant. Plagiarism and unauthorized use of others ’artworks are strictly forbidden;

5. Submit high-definition scanned copies or clear photos of works.
