李书光，男，海南省万宁市人。当代著名书法家、中国馆藏级艺术家，中华国礼艺术大师。中山大学汉语言文学专业毕业。2011 年退休，退休前行政职务调研员，技术职称研究员。受聘担任中国艺术家润格网副主席，中国诗书画联盟网终身名誉主席，世界非物质文化遗产研究院副院长，中华卫视《艺术风采》栏目会员、国礼文化网特邀顾问。海南省老子文化研究会学术顾问。他知识广博，学入多门。曾出版《一部精深的治国哲学论著一一道德经系统研究报告》、《关尹子文始经白话解析》等经典释著，系统地把老子的治国哲学思想用现代汉语阐释出来并以书法艺术形式广为宣传，造福人类社会，功德无量;论文《学习实践科学发展观，努力提高党的执政能力》被决策者杂志社重大理论部评获特等奖，发表后被转载收入多家大型文献中;论文《般若波罗蜜多心经解析--兼谈佛道儒思想的社会作用》，被多家出版机构收录于大型文献中。他是把佛学从念经堂引进哲学殿堂的第一人;论文《对唐江山“转世”现象的思考》被世界学术成果研究院等单位评获特等奖，收录于大型文献《世界学术成果获奖宝典》中华卷中。他是从物质运动方面观察研究“转世”现象的第一人;他是诗人，1995 年出版诗集《天涯飞絮--诗的游记》;他是文学家，2002 年在《东方女性》上发表纪实报告文学“转世"奇人唐江山专访，2003 年出版科幻纪实小说《隔世情缘》;他还是著名书法家。几年来他先后应邀与赵朴初丶沈鹏大师共同入编《中国国际艺术大家三人行》丶《世界艺术瑰宝》丶《国魂国艺》以及《中国馆藏级艺术家》丶《中华国礼艺术大师》丶《十全十美艺术家》《大师风范》等国礼艺术珍藏册。还出版了《中国文艺名家李书光专刊》丶《世界艺术影响力人物李书光专刊》丶中国丝绸大红袍《李书光卷》等。2020 年 8 月，被中国文艺至尊奖组委会评获“首届中华人民共和国文学艺术界至尊荣誉奖”，同时授予“中国十大至尊艺术名家”荣誉称号;2020 年 9 月，中国影响力评审委员会丶中国工艺美术出版社、国家艺美网联合举办“中国.国宝级影响力人物”评选活动，他与 7 位中国工程院院士丶 3 位书法家、一位文学家、9 位画家等 20 人被评为国宝级影响力人物。2021 年 7 月，应中央电视总台星光影视基地《智慧中国》栏目组邀请参加二十一届世纪大采风活动，被授予“当代最具实力派书画家”荣誉称号。2021 年 11 月，被国礼文化网特聘为“国礼文化网特邀顾问”，被国宝级艺术大师评审委员会、国礼文化艺术调研委员会授予“国宝级艺术大师”荣誉称号。2021 年 12 月中国向联合国推荐作为联合国特约艺术大使。2023 年 2 月，被提名为福布斯(中国)艺术名人;6 月被中国书法大会领导与专家特别推荐为《书写新时代的精气神》专门报道的书法家。2023 年12 月国务院批准享受政府特殊津贴。
Li Shuguang, male, native of Wanning City, Hainan Province. A renowned contemporary calligrapher, a Chinese museum-collection-level artist, and a master of Chinese national gift art. Graduated with a degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Sun Yat-sen University. Retired in 2011, holding the administrative position of research fellow and the professional title of researcher before retirement. Appointed as Vice Chairman of China Artist Rengge Network, Lifetime Honorary Chairman of China Poetry, Calligraphy, and Painting Alliance Network, Vice President of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute, member of the "Artistic Brilliance" program on Zhonghua TV, and special consultant for Guoli Culture Network. Academic consultant for the Hainan Laozi Culture Research Association. With extensive knowledge and expertise in multiple fields, he has published classic interpretations such as *A Profound Treatise on State Governance Philosophy—Systematic Research Report on the Tao Te Ching* and *Plain Language Commentary on the Guan Yinzhi Wenshi Jing*, systematically elucidating Laozi's state governance philosophy in modern Chinese and promoting it widely through calligraphic art, benefiting human society with immeasurable merits. His paper *Studying and Practicing the Scientific Outlook on Development to Enhance the Party's Governance Capacity* was awarded the Special Prize by the Major Theory Department of Decider Magazine, later reprinted and included in several large-scale literature collections. Another paper, *Analysis of the Heart Sutra of Prajnaparamita—On the Social Roles of Buddhist, Taoist, and Confucian Thought*, was also incorporated into major literature collections by various publishing institutions. He is the first to introduce Buddhist studies from the recitation hall into the realm of philosophy. His paper *Reflections on Tang Jiangshan's "Reincarnation" Phenomenon* received the Special Prize from the World Academic Achievements Research Institute and other organizations, being included in the large-scale literature *World Academic Achievements Awards Treasury: Chinese Volume*. He is the pioneer who observed and studied the "reincarnation" phenomenon from the perspective of material motion. As a poet, he published his poetry collection *Faraway Flurries—A Poetic Travelogue* in 1995; R1: "Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering" must be translated as CAE Member.
He is a literary figure who published a documentary report titled "Interview with the Miraculous Reincarnation: Tang Jiangshan" in *Oriental Women* in 2002 and released the science fiction documentary novel *Cross-Time Romance* in 2003. He is also a renowned calligrapher. Over the years, he has been invited to be included in collections such as *Three Masters of Chinese International Art*, *World Art Treasures*, *National Spirit and National Art*, *Chinese Museum-Level Artists*, *Chinese National Gift Art Masters*, *Perfectly Outstanding Artists*, and *Master's Style*, among others, which feature national gift art masterpieces. Additionally, he has published *Special Issue of Chinese Literary and Artistic Celebrity Li Shuguang*, *Special Issue of World Art Influential Figures Li Shuguang*, and the Chinese Silk Red Robe *Li Shuguang Volume*. In August 2020, he was awarded the "First Republic of China Literary and Artistic Supreme Honor Award" by the Chinese Supreme Literary and Artistic Award Organizing Committee and honored with the title of "Top Ten Supreme Art Masters of China." In September 2020, the China Influence Review Committee, China Arts and Crafts Press, and National Art Beauty Network jointly hosted the "China. National Treasure-Level Influential Figures" selection event, where he, along with seven Chinese Academy of Engineering academicians, three calligraphers, one literary figure, nine painters, and 20 others, was recognized as a national treasure-level influential figure.In July 2021, invited by the "Wisdom China" program team of the Starlight Film and Television Base under China Central Television, he participated in the 21st Century Grand Cultural Survey activity and was awarded the honorary title of "Contemporary Most Outstanding Calligrapher and Painter." In November 2021, he was specially appointed as an "Invited Consultant of the National Gift Culture Network" by the National Gift Culture Network and granted the honorary title of "National Treasure-Level Art Master" by the National Treasure-Level Art Master Review Committee and the National Gift Cultural Arts Research Committee. In December 2021, he was recommended by China to the United Nations as a Special UN Art Ambassador. In February 2023, he was nominated as a Forbes (China) Art Celebrity; in June, he was specially recommended by the leaders and experts of the China Calligraphy Conference as a calligrapher featured in the special report "Capturing the Spirit of the New Era." In December 2023, he was approved by the State Council to receive the government special allowance.
