　　柏光林，字景程，1938 年 12 月生江苏南京人，现为中国美术家协会会员，中国收藏家协会会员、国家一级美术师网、入网画家、国家版权局注册画家，中华人民共和国杰出书画大师，国家一级工艺美术大师，中国国画院院士、联合国“国际艺术家协会”常务副会长、英国文化协会全球首席副会长、英国皇家艺术研究院荣誉院士、现任中国数字艺术馆馆长、中国书画名家研究会专职副会长等。

　　2012 年与刘大为、范曾入编出版《艺术大师三人行》。

　　2013 年与刘大为、范曾、黄永玉等入编出版《新中国书画八大家》。

　　2013 年与刘大为、范曾、吴冠中等入编出版《中国当代艺术巨匠》。

　　2013 年与刘大为、范曾、靳尚谊等入编出版《民族国粹、20 名顶级艺术大师》。

　　2013 年与沈鹏、欧阳中石、刘文西、冯远入编出版《中国艺术大家》《刘大为题词》国礼珍藏册出版工程。2013 年与张大千、李可染、齐白石、徐悲鸿等大师入编出版《中国艺术百年》，《中国艺术百年》将由中国国家图书馆、美国国会图书馆、大英图书馆、俄罗斯国立图书馆、莱比锡图书馆、哈佛大学图书馆收藏。2013 年参加由世界收藏家协会，世界艺术家协会，中华人民共和国文化艺术组委会组织的 2013 巴黎世界艺术大展，荣获最高奖项“国际艺术金奖”。

　　2014 年 9 月获美国纽约《世界艺术盛典》授予的美术界最高荣誉《世界艺术之星》奖，同时被评为“世界一级美术家”的称号。2014 年 9月被联合国最高艺术研究院评定《世纪之光》为“联合国艺术珍品”大奖，同时被英国文化协会评定为全球特级书画之王称号。2018 年 4月被世界文艺家企业家交流中心授予《新时代人民艺术家》荣誉称号。

　　柏光林先生的作品多以山水、人物、动物较为突出，尤以虎画具长，画作曾获名家高度赞赏，陆俨少、林散之、张仃多由题跋，曾与陆俨少合作双虎图、虎啸图、曾出访过美国、南美多国、欧洲多国、亚洲多国，创作一批很有特色的水墨画作品、《奥运圣火》由原国际奥委会主席萨马兰奇先生收藏，先后于北京、深圳、珠海、中国香港、举办画展、出版画集，中央电视台、珠海、南京电视台先后摄制报道。

　　Bai Guanglin, also known as Jingcheng, was born in Nanjing, Jiangsu in December 1938. He is currently a member of the China Artists Association, a member of the ChinaCollectors Association, a member of the National First Class Artists Network, a registered artist with the National Copyright Administration, an outstanding master of calligraphy and painting in the People's Republic of China, a national first-class master of arts and crafts, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Chinese Painting, the executive vice president of the United Nations International Artists Association, the global chief vice president of the British Council, an honorary academician of the Royal Academy of Arts, the current director of the China Digital Art Museum, and the full-time vice president of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Research Association.

　　In 2012, Liu Dawei and Fan Zeng were included in the compilation and publication of "A Three Person Tour of Art Masters".

　　In 2013, Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng, Huang Yongyu, and others were included in the compilation and publication of "The Eight Masters of Painting and Calligraphy in New China".

　　In 2013, Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng, Wu Guanzhong, and others were included in the compilation and publication of "Chinese Contemporary Art Masters".

　　In 2013, Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng, Jin Shangyi and others wereincluded in the compilation and publication of "National Essence, 20 Top Art Masters". In 2013, I collaborated with Shen Peng, Ouyang Zhongshi, Liu Wenxi, and Feng Yuan to compile and publish the "Chinese Art Masters" and "Liu Dawei's Inscription" National Gift Collection. In 2013, together with masters such as Zhang Daqian, Li Keran, Qi Baishi, and Xu Beihong, "A Century of Chinese Art" was compiled and published. "A Century of Chinese Art" will be collected by the National Library of China, the Library of Congress, the British Library, the National Library of Russia, the Leipzig Library, and the Harvard University Library. In 2013, participated in the 2013 Paris World Art Exhibition organized by the World Collectors Association, the World Artists Association, and the Cultural and Art Organizing Committee of the People's Republic of China, and won the highest award, the "International Art Gold Award".

　　In September 2014, he was awarded the highest honor in the art world, the "World Art Star" award, by the World Art Awards in New York, and was also named a "World First Class Artist". In September 2014, "The Light of the Century" was awarded the "United Nations Treasures of Art" by the United Nations' highest art research institute, and was also recognized as the Global King of Fine Arts by the British Council. In April2018, he was awarded the honorary title of "People's Artist of the New Era" by the World Literature and Art Entrepreneurs Exchange Center.

　　Mr. Bai Guanglin's works are mostly prominent in landscapes, figures, and animals, especially in tiger paintings. His paintings have been highly praised by famous artists, with Lu Yanshao, Lin Sanzhi, and Zhang Ding often having inscriptions. He has collaborated with Lu Yanshao on double tiger paintings, tiger roar paintings, and has visited many countries in the United States, South America, Europe, and Asia, creating a number of distinctive ink paintings. "Olympic Torch"is collected by former International Olympic Committee President Mr. Samaranch and has held art exhibitions and published art collections in Beijing, Jiangsu, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Hong Kong, and the United States. CCTV, Jiangsu, Zhuhai, and Nanjing TV have also produced and reported on it.
